Question 1

Which files can I upload?

Accepted Answer

A PDF, a PowerPoint (.pptx), a Word file (.docx) or a photo (JPG, PNG or WebP). Up to 95 MB and 300 pages per file. The old .ppt and .doc formats don’t work: open them and save them as .pptx or .docx before uploading.

Question 2

Do you keep my documents?

Accepted Answer

Not in full. Your document is read, then deleted, except its diagrams, maps and figures, cut out and stored in your course: they disappear with it, and you can remove any of them. The course it produced stays yours. If you want to redo it later, you’ll need to upload the document again.

Question 3

What if the course gets things wrong?

Accepted Answer

Every block shows the page of the document it comes from: you can check in three seconds. And there’s a “Report” button on every block and every question — that’s how we fix things.

Question 4

Why not just paste my PDF into an assistant?

Accepted Answer

Because an assistant reads whatever text can be extracted from the file — and on a scanned handout, an annotated plate or a chart, there’s almost nothing to extract. The course is in the image, and the image doesn’t get through. Then, a summary picks what to leave out without ever telling you what: nothing guarantees the twenty pages in the middle were read. Here, a page with no usable text is looked at as an image, coverage is checked afterwards — a page no block cites gets flagged — and every statement carries its page, so you’re in control.

Question 5

Does it work for my subject?

Accepted Answer

The product doesn’t know any subject in particular: it reads what you give it. Law, medicine, history, vocational courses — as long as it’s course material, it makes a course.

Question 6

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

A few minutes, and you’re told how long before you confirm — based on the word count of your document and on the courses already made. You can close the page: you get an email as soon as it’s ready.

Question 7

How does referral work?

Accepted Answer

Your account has a code. Someone subscribes with it, and you each get processing pages — not a discount, pages. They’re added to your weekly quota, they build up, and they don’t reset on Monday. They arrive when the person pays for their first month: not at sign-up, not on their free first course, and not during their free week.

Question 8

Is it really free to try?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and no credit card needed. You create an account, confirm your email address, and get enough to make a first course of about thirty pages. No payment is asked for, before or after: if you don’t subscribe, nothing happens.

Question 9

Can I stop whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in one click from your account, with no need to write to anyone. Your subscription stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for — we don’t take back what’s been paid.

Bachote: revise your courses.
